Neil MacDougall

CHAIRMAN

Neil has more than 30 years of experience in the investment industry. He started his career at Bain & Company and was with Silverfleet Capital from 1989 to 2021, most recently as Managing Partner and Chairman. Neil is a board member of the UK Business Angels Association (UKBAA) and is a past Chair of the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association (BVCA) until 2021. Neil holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge.
