Guntram dedicated his entire professional career to private equity, cultivating a deep expertise in the space of small- and medium-sized businesses. From 2017 to 2020, he was actively involved in mid-market investments at the pan-European private equity firm Silverfleet Capital. Following this, he played a key role in establishing and developing the DACH activities of EMZ Partners as a Director from 2020 to 2023. Guntram holds a Master of Science in Finance from Munich University.
