Dr. Michael Matros

Michael has significant experience in senior management roles of industrial companies and looks back at more than 20 years of steadily growing operational responsibilities including M&A and IPO experience. He held CEO and senior management positions with Allweiler/Colfax as well as MAHLE and started his career as an Engineer in the process pump business at Allweiler. Since 2015, Michael has been active in non-executive board positions for PE-owned companies and small family businesses and he has also founded his own Consulting firm focusing on specific aspects of value creation, such as Business Transformation & Leadership Excellence. Michael holds a Diploma and PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Kaiserslautern. He also holds a certificate in Systemic Coaching.
